Reuters reports that the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit has been targeting securities fraud. It's profiling Ponzi schemers like Bernard Madoff.
The reality is that the FBI had done nothing about white collar crime for years, and because of that, Ponzi schemers were thriving.
