Earlier this month, I did a blog entry on how the Ponz-Meister Bernie Madoff was showing no remorse towards his victims. "Fxxx my victims, '' he reportedly said "I carried them for twenty years, and now I'm doing 150 years."
Now the New York Post tells us something we have all long suspected. An inmate has told The Post that Madoff secretly passed off $9 billion in swiped funds to three people before he was nabbed. The Post reports: "Madoff says that his partner in crime Frank DiPascali knows who the recipients are — and that he suspects DiPascali is using that information to cut a better deal with the feds, according to the inmate at the medium-security prison in Butner, NC. 'I think it was personal friends,' the inmate said of the recipients of the mega-bucks.
In other words, there might be a hidden $9 billion that prosecutors might go after to get more compensation for Madoff's victims. Watch this space.
