Black's battle
The legal battle between US prosecutors and Conrad Black, the next big fish in the corporate prosecutions checklist, has escalated with prosecutors mocking Black and accusing him of telling lies about his finances.

Coincides with revelations in the Chicago Tribune that Black is still a business Partner with long-time business partner David Radler, who is now testifying against him. You can read the entire piece here.

And we haven't even got to the trial yet.
