A rather provocative blog entry from Ambrose Evans-Pritchard at The Telegraph where he claims he has seen credit defaul swap data showing California is a bigger bankruptcy risk than Slovakia.
It sounds bizarre and outlandish but these are extraordinary times. Still, if by some stretch of the imagination, it were to happen, the US Government would have to step in and bail it out. And send the US Government deficit into the stratosphere.

I am utterly disgusted by the attitude of the writer who compares California to Slovakia!!! How dares he using Slovakia as a bad example. I bet he does not even have a breeze where Slovakia is! He should be ashamed of the article.
