Get ready for a spate of age related law suits, warns this report.
It's said to be an inevitable result of an ageing Workforce. Even those companies that don't think they discriminate might be vulnerable, say the lawyers.
If they're right, it's a real worry. With the first of the boomers entering their 60s, and widespread layoffs,
it's just another problem about doing business today. Employers will need to monitor the impact of key decisions on the different age groups in their workforce. Just add that one to the to-do list.
