Ethical dilemmas

Every board, organization and employee comes across ethical dilemmas. After discussing these issues with ethicists, I have put together a framework to resolve them. There is no right or wrong answer here, it's more about getting in touch with your own ethical framework.
1. Consider these examples carefully.
2. Identify your response and how you came to your conclusion.
3. Which moral framework did you use to come to your decision.
4. What sort of ethical strategy would you use to address the ethical issues raised by these situations.
BOARDS: Your company provides local employment in a Third World country. Manufacturing conditions are among the cheapest in the world. The country has an appalling record on human rights and environmental issues. What are the ethical issues that guide your decision? What sort of strategy would you have to address the issues?
ORGANIZATIONS: The organization has short term interests that clash with those of employees, suppliers and/or customers. Where exactly is the clash
? What are the ethical issues? Is there a way of balancing conflicting interests? What ethical strategy do you use to address these issues?EMPLOYEES: Your colleagues are cheating on the system or taking drugs at work. What are the ethical issues here? What sort of choices do you have to address these issues? How much support do you have? If you took action, would it be effective? What moral framework are you operating from to make your decision? What's the best ethical strategy to address these issues?
