Executive hurdles

So you reckon it takes an executive only a few months to get up to scratch with a new job? Think again.

According to new research, published here, almost one in three top executive hired from another company are still not delivering after two years. And one in five who within the organization are not delivering.

Is it about the executives or does it reflect more on the organizations? Probably the latter. It suggest organizations are not putting enough effort into helping people make the transition. It's a complete breakdown in strategy.
