If you're looking around for a neat handbook on corporate governance issues and requirements under US securities law, Bowne & Co are offering a free guide to corporate governance issues.

As a starting point, it's pretty comprehensive: reporting obligations and public disclosure practices, NYSE and Nasdaq listing standards, corporate structural defences to takeover, delisting, securities and corporate governance litigation, annual reports and meetings and best practice for corporate governance in the boardroom.
