Are internet grocers the way of the future? That might be the case with The Times reporting that Al Gore's Generation Investment Management has bought a stake in British Internet grocer Ocado which claims it is more eco friendly than supermarkets because it has better a better supply chain and its customers don't have to drive there.
Gore might think this is the future of retailing. As the Guardian points out, Al Gore seems to have a knack for picking successful investments, putting money into Apple and Whole Foods and backing Google before its stock market debut.
