KPIs in the downturn
Filed in archive Accounting by leon on October 14, 2008

In the downturn, companies are going to need to adjust their key performance indicators very quickly.
In a boom market, the KPIs need to be build around getting the products and services out as quickly as possible. In a down market, it's about trying to get more sales, or in the worst case scenario.
What KPIs should they be looking at in a downturn? What models do they need to make sure they get through this mess? I answer these questions, and more, in my piece here.
