We have talked many times about how Sarbanes-Oxley has turned into a goldmine for accountants.
The other lot that's made big gains are the lawyers. Sarbanes-Oxley means we're now seeing more lawyers in the boardroom, reports Law.com. Because of the increasingly litigious environment, directors are now seeking more legal advice.
Which suggests we have headed into a boom time for attorneys.
