Kenneth Starr, who shot to Famelinks as the prosecutor in the White House Monica Lewinsky case, is part of a legal team challenging the constitutionality of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), on behalf of the Free Enterprise Fund. According to the claim, the watchdog is unaccountable because Congress created it as private and not a Governnment agency with its members appointed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, rather than by the President and confirmed by the Senate.
