Michael Oxley: gamekeeper turned poacher (Part II)
The career of Sarbox co-writer Michael Oxley continues.

Earlier this month, I did a blog entry on how he was joining a law firm to help businessmen get around the law that bears his name.

Then last week, Nasdaq announced he was joining their team as vice-chairman.

The delicious irony is that he will be reporting to Nasdaq president and chief executive officer Bob Greifeld who has been a critic of Section 404 and the way Sarbanes-Oxley has been dragging on the US market.

Greifeld talked about those problems last year in The Wall Street Journal.

You can read the entire WSJ piece here

One can only wonder where Oxley will turn up next!!
