Newsflash! Enron's Lay, Skilling guilty
Enron's Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling have been found guilty, in the latest news to hand.

They join the rogue's gallery of US executives convicted in corporate scandals.

Sentencing will take place on September 11 but there will be appeals, according to another report.

It's an enormous victory for prosecutors who ran a case against the men who swore under oath that they didn't engage in any fraud and didn't even know it was going on inside the company.

But it's also a wake-up call for regulators, says Jake Zamansky at Forbes .
