PCAOB goes for the technical defence
With Kenneth Starr leading the constitutional challenge to the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, the PCAOB has flagged its defence strategy which you can read about here and here.

Basically, the PCAOB is going the technical defence claiming that the plaintiffs have gone to the wrong court, that they failed to give a reason why they should get relieflinks and that they lack standing.
