Push to have Skilling pay for Lay's gains
With lawyers now moving to clear Ken Lay's not-so-good name and record - potentially derailing any civil claims against Enron - prosecutors are now playing hardball.

They have counter-attacked, filing a motion that seeks to make Skilling liable not only for his own ill-gotten gains but for those of his partner-in-crime Ken Lay, reports the Houston Chronicle.

Don't expect a rulinglinks until after Skilling is sentenced, now scheduled for October 23. Watch this space!
