You can read reports on the panels findings here, here and here.
So then we get reports that the Exxon Mobil funded think tank the American Enterprise Institute was bribing scientists to say it isn't so. The news report is from The Guardian.
On top of that, we also get have the news of President Bush signing an order appointing an apparatchik flunkey into every agency to ensure it toes the official line. Business groups have welcome the directive but environmentalists have attacked it, saying it gives the White House too much control.

Climate change is one of the most critical global challenges of our time.sometimes the increase in extremely hot summers predicted by climate change models may lead to a higher death toll.Rising or falling sea level can reshape the world’s coastlines and affect some of the most densely populated areas on Earth.and its also in news that worldwide February 15 protests that saw millions of people in the streets protesting the reckless adventurism of the Bush administration has begun to eat away at the periphery of Bush's "Dominion of Deception."

Many people blow this environmental thing way out of proportion. We need to be worrying about drilling in Alaska to lower the gas prices.
