Last month's World Economic Forum was told that concerns about offshoring were overblown and that for the first time in our history, you don't need physical proximity to be successful. healthcare is tipped to be the biggest source of jobs in the future and the emerging issues are skills shortages and an ageing workforce.

No surprises then that skills shortages, healthcare, and Sarbanes-Oxley have combined to create five key job growth areas: accounting, legal, sales and marketing, technology, and manufacturing and engineering.
