Never stand between an accounting firm and a bag of money.
In the past we have seen KPMG getting embroiled in peddling tax havens for the rich. Now we are seeing revelations that UBS has been helping tax cheats. It helped hide about $1.5 trillion in tax, according to news reports.
How many hospitals, schools and roads would that build and fix? You have to hand it to these accounting firms. They can be totally amoral.
