Signs for the US economy are looking bad with Bloomberg reporting that US companies are now getting more pessimistic.
All this coincides with reports that sales of new and existing homes in the US dropped 2.5 per cent last month and warnings from Singapore's investment agency GIC that the world is about to sink into its worst recession in 30 years.
