This week, I interviewed Jeremy Cooper, the deputy chairman of the Australian corporate regulator, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

We covered many topics, from private equitylinks and insider trading to ASIC's lawsuit against Citigroup for insider trading. And we talked about whether he was trying to set himself up as Australia's answer to Eliot Spitzer.

You'll find the interview here.
